Christopher Batinsey is an experienced attorney whose practice spans civil litigation, criminal defense, and municipal law matters. His expertise and dedication to advocacy make him a trusted legal advisor for individuals, businesses, and municipalities.In his solo law practice, Christopher Batinsey has successfully represented clients before the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the Massachusetts Superior Court, and Massachusetts District Courts. In addition to his litigation practice, Christopher Batinsey serves as the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Gardner. In this role, he represents the City in which it is a party and provides general oversight of all the City’s legal matters.​
